About Halekulani VIEW Club
We are an enthusiastic and friendly group of women aged between 30 – 70 years old. In addition to our monthly meetings which includes luncheon and a very interesting guest speaker, we hold an annual Fashion Parade and a Soup and Irish Auction Day which is always great fun as well as our monthly social outings.
Some of our members volunteer at The Smith Family Learning Clubs where they help tutor children in need. Our club also supports The Smith Family’s Toy and Book Appeal, delivering gifts to families at Christmas time. With the money raised we support seven Learning for Life students and we correspond with them on a regular basis and enjoy hearing about their educational journey and achievements.
New members are always welcome.
Keep up to date with what is happening around the clubs.

Special guests were National Councillor Area NA Anne-Louise O'Connor and Zone Councillor Zone NA04 Robyn Clark. Anne-Louise spoke about how Learning for Life students appreciated their sponsorship together with their families.
Robyn presented decade badges to Halekulani members. Members from Bateau Bay, Toukley, Brisbane Water Evening and Gwandalan joined us for the festivities.
Congratulations to our President Wendy and the Committee for making this special day such a happy and joyous event.

Winning the Bunnings Raffle
In June this year Bunnings, Charmhaven NSW donated wonderful garden products for Halekulani VIEW to raffle to raise funds for our Learning for Life students. The raffle was drawn at our August meeting and the winner was Agnes Calland (pictured below). A long time member of our club. Agnes was thrilled to win this prize together with her husband who said he will be able to use all the products.
Thank you to Bunnings, Charmhaven for your support of our students and The Smith Family.

Successful Trivia in April
Halekulani VIEW Club held a very successful Trivia Afternoon on the 27th April 2019. Over 80 people were in attendance including many from Hali VIEW. Our Trivia Master Wayne Stafford did a fabulous job ably supported by runners Barry Newell, Peter Tognetti and Ron Bowden.
Everyone in attendance received a glass of wine/orange juice on arrival and a delicious afternoon tea was served. The businesses of Budgewoi and surrounds were very supportive and enabled our club to have a wonderful raffle with fourteen prizes.
Special thanks go to our President Wendy Stafford and our committee for all their hard work before and during the event. It was an amazing day and has enabled our club to support more Learning For Life students.
